Multi-home plans are billed once per account. Adding another home within your allowance does not start a second Lovely Home+ checkout — open My Homes → Add another home when you have an included slot.

How billing works

Billing is at account level for home allowance; each hub still has its own address on lovely-hub.com.

Free plan — create your first home at /signup. One home with up to two guides and two scheduled stays. No card required.
Lovely Home+ — one home with unlimited guides, stays, bins, and smart home. Choose monthly or yearly at signup or upgrade from Account → Billing.
Multi Home (3 or 10) — upgrade on Account → Billing directly from Free (Lovely Home+ is not required first). Add more homes from My Homes while you are within your allowance (shown as e.g. 1 of 3). No Lovely Home+ checkout per extra address.
Cancel or change plan — use Account → Billing or email support@lovely-home.co.uk. When a paid period ends, features revert to Free limits unless you renew.
When a hub ends — if you cancel entirely, the live hub is taken down and archived. Download a password-encrypted full backup from Settings while the hub is still up if you want photos and PDFs — our platform archive on cancel is guide JSON only.

Got a link from a friend? It opens signup with the discount already applied. You cannot refer yourself, and each code matches one billing plan.
