Use the email you signed up with. We send a one-time code — we do not keep a password for this page.
- Open your private hub URL
- Update the card Stripe holds for you
- Cancel your Lovely Home+ plan or the hub entirely from Stripe
- Download invoices from Stripe
- Generate single-use referral links — friends get a discount on their first invoice(s); you get account credit when their first invoice is paid
- Cancelling takes the live hub down after we archive the house guide JSON — download a full backup from Settings first if you want photos and PDFs kept
We do not store your card on lovely-home.co.uk. Billing changes happen on Stripe’s secure page, then you come back here. Stripe cannot show a backup reminder inside their portal — we prompt you here before opening Stripe if you might cancel.
